Overview: Fairfield City Council began construction of the multi-story carpark in late May 2020. The highly anticipated carpark aims to celebrate the rich diversity of Cabramatta’s multicultural community, through its feature coloured custom designed screen façade.
The project scope includes the construction of a new 218-space two level car park, occupied over three levels inclusive of the ground floor at grade level. The car park includes bicycle and motorcycle parking and will connect to the existing Dutton Lane multi-deck car park with access to a new lift and pedestrian connection to the existing Dutton Plaza lifts.
Scope: Excel was engaged to complete to civil and demolition portion of the project for Kane. The works involve demolition of existing pavements, site clearing, bulk and detail excavation and roadworks & pavement reinstatement.
