Overview: The construction of the Western Building to accommodate the diverse functions of the School of The Arts English and Media (TAEM), the School of Health and Society (HAS) and the School of Geography and Sustainable Communities (SGSC) into a collaborative and engaging hub that will support the ambitions of next generation research and learning.

Scope: Excel Contracting (NSW) scope of work included demolition and disposal of demountable buildings, concrete surfaces and pavements, bulk excavation, detail excavation, subgrade preparation and the restoration of site compound and surrounding paths and kerbs. Additional Variations were awarded to Excel to construct of O’leary Rd Flood Mitigation Wall and Additional Carparks as per the University’s direction to Richard Crookes.
